• Contact Information: Name, mobile phone number, and email address of the business owner or authorized staff.
• Logistics Data: Delivery addresses, warehouse locations, and receiver contact details.
• Transaction Data: Order history, payment confirmations, and billing records.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

We process your personal and business data strictly for the following purposes:

• Fulfillment: To process orders, manage logistics, and ensure accurate delivery from manufacturers to your location.
• Legal Compliance: To generate valid tax invoices (containing GSTIN) as required by the Government of India.
• Authentication: To secure your "App Login" and ensure only authorized personnel access your business profile.
• Communication: To send order updates, invoices, and respond to bulk inquiries via email or SMS.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

As a distributor, we share your data only with necessary partners involved in the fulfillment chain:

• Manufacturers: To fulfill specific technical requirements or warranties.
• Logistics Partners: We share only necessary delivery details (Name, Address, Phone) with verified third-party couriers.
• Payment Gateways: Your payment interactions are handled by secure, encrypted third-party processors. HappyNoL does not store your full bank or card details.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect against fraud or security threats.

4. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to safeguard your information:

• Encryption: Sensitive data like your login PIN and contact details are stored using industry-standard encryption via our secure cloud providers.
• Access Control: Only authorized HappyNoL administrators have access to the backend systems.
• Confidentiality: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to any third-party marketing agencies.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act Compliance)

Under India's data protection laws, you have the following rights:

• Right to Access: You can review your profile data anytime via your dashboard.
• Right to Correction: You may update or correct your GSTIN or contact details through the Admin panel.
• Right to Erasure: You may request the deletion of your account, subject to legal requirements for tax record retention (GST records must be maintained for a statutory period).

6. Retention of Data

We retain your business information for as long as your account is active or as needed to comply with our legal and tax obligations in India.

7. Cookies

Our platform uses minimal essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your session preferences. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies for behavioral advertising.
