Build the storefrontIndia trusts.
Here's the moment this company is built around: a buyer on a phone, on a patchy connection, deciding whether an Indian brand she has never heard of deserves her first order. Everything we make in our small Bengaluru team exists to win that one tap — honestly.
The unglamorous work behind that moment: 0 products QC-checked by hand, 0 makers visited in person, and a GST invoice on every single order. India's factories make world-class goods; between the factory and the buyer sit middlemen, inflated prices, and listings nobody checks. We remove those layers. That's the whole business.
How we work.
Four laws govern every decision — from a homepage pixel to a supplier contract. Not poster values; this is how work gets reviewed.
Zero jargon.
If a buyer has to Google a word we used, we failed. Plain language, always — Hindi-English mix welcome where it helps.
Mobile-first, always.
Every decision must work on a 375px screen, on a patchy connection, with one thumb. That is where our buyers are.
Trust before feature.
No dark patterns, no fake urgency, no invented numbers. Every count, rating and price on the site is real — and stays that way.
Cost innovation.
Indian buyers are price-sensitive, and so is our margin. Can it be cached, batched, or skipped? Ask before we pay for it.
What you'd be signing up for.
An early-stage company, honestly described: small team, broad ownership, problems that span the physical and the digital — one week it is courier economics and warehouse QC, the next it is search ranking or a WhatsApp flow. You will ship things real buyers use the same week, and you will hear directly from those buyers when something is wrong.
If you want a large org with narrow lanes, we are the wrong place. If you want your work to visibly move a young company — and you care that Indian manufacturers get a fair storefront — we should talk.
Open roles
No open roles right now — but we are always meeting people ahead of need.
Don't see your role?
Tell us what you are great at. We read every general application, and when a role opens that fits, applications on file are the first place we look.
